On April 20th, 2021, I was asked to join a panel discussion on the "Challenges Facing Diversity Officers" today. As we see an increase in these positions across the NCAA, it's important to recognize the struggles that these positions will have it not truly supported by leadership.

On February 3rd, 2021, Resa Lovelace led a panel conversation on "Taking Women of Color to the Next Level as Head Coaches and Athletic Administrators." During this panel, you will hear about the hurdles Black women face in athletics.
